Advancing Precision Oncology Through Clinical Research & Partnerships
GenTraceDx is being developed as a next-generation precision oncology platform that integrates multiomic sequencing with continuously updating clinical intelligence.
Built in collaboration with leading clinical and genomic institutions, the platform is designed to support real-world oncology care while enabling large-scale clinical research and data-driven discovery.
A Platform Built for Clinical and Translational Research
GenTraceDx combines tumour–normal whole exome sequencing (WES), whole transcriptome RNA sequencing, and a longitudinal reanalysis engine to generate continuously evolving clinical insights.
This approach enables:
- Longitudinal analysis of patient-specific genomic profiles
- Integration of emerging therapies, biomarkers, and clinical evidence
- Real-world insights into treatment response, resistance, and disease progression
GenTraceDx is designed to connect clinical care with scalable, data-driven research.
Multiomic Data and Longitudinal Clinical Intelligence
The platform is being developed to generate structured, high-quality data across:
- Somatic and germline genomic variants (WES)
- Gene expression and transcriptomic profiling (RNA-seq)
- Structural variants and copy number alterations
- Longitudinal clinical context and treatment history
This data is continuously reanalyzed as new evidence emerges, enabling:
- Dynamic interpretation over time
- Identification of new therapeutic opportunities
- Generation of real-world clinical evidence
This creates a continuously evolving clinical intelligence layer across patients and populations.
