Patient Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Patient Support Coordinator to support patients and clinical partners throughout the GenTraceDx testing and reporting process.

This role ensures that patients:

  • understand the process
  • receive timely updates
  • have a clear point of contact

You will work at the intersection of:

  • patients and families
  • clinicians and cancer centres
  • internal clinical and operations teams
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout the testing process
  • Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and internal teams
  • Support onboarding and consent processes for patients participating in the pilot
  • Provide clear, accurate information regarding timelines, procedures, and next steps
  • Track sample status, reporting timelines, and follow-ups
  • Escalate clinical or operational issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and case status
  • Contribute to improving patient experience and workflow processes
Qualifications
  • Experience in healthcare coordination, clinical support, or patient services
  • Strong communication skills with a high degree of empathy and professionalism
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain attention to detail
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Familiarity with clinical or laboratory workflows is an asset
  • Experience in oncology, genomics, or diagnostics is an asset
