Patient Support Coordinator
Longitudinal Clinical Intelligence

We are seeking a Patient Support Coordinator to support patients and clinical partners throughout the GenTraceDx testing and reporting process.
This role ensures that patients:
- understand the process
- receive timely updates
- have a clear point of contact
You will work at the intersection of:
- patients and families
- clinicians and cancer centres
- internal clinical and operations teams
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients throughout the testing process
- Coordinate communication between patients, physicians, and internal teams
- Support onboarding and consent processes for patients participating in the pilot
- Provide clear, accurate information regarding timelines, procedures, and next steps
- Track sample status, reporting timelines, and follow-ups
- Escalate clinical or operational issues to appropriate internal teams
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and case status
- Contribute to improving patient experience and workflow processes
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare coordination, clinical support, or patient services
- Strong communication skills with a high degree of empathy and professionalism
- Ability to manage multiple cases and maintain attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Familiarity with clinical or laboratory workflows is an asset
- Experience in oncology, genomics, or diagnostics is an asset
