We are seeking an Oncology Recruitment Lead (Canada) to drive engagement with oncologists and cancer centres as part of the GenTraceDx national pilot.
This role focuses on:
- identifying and engaging clinical sites
- building relationships with oncologists
- supporting onboarding into the pilot
You will play a central role in expanding participation across Canada and ensuring strong clinical adoption.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage oncologists and cancer centres across Canada
- Lead outreach and relationship development with clinical partners
- Present the GenTraceDx platform and pilot to physicians and clinical teams
- Support onboarding of participating sites, including coordination with clinical and operations teams
- Work closely with Medical Science Liaisons to ensure strong clinical alignment
- Track site engagement, onboarding progress, and participation metrics
- Provide feedback from clinical partners to inform strategy and platform development
- Represent GenTraceDx in meetings, site visits, and professional interactions
Qualifications
- Experience in oncology, healthcare, or clinical engagement roles
- Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare system and oncology landscape
- Proven ability to build relationships with physicians and clinical institutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a national portfolio
- Experience in diagnostics, clinical research, or healthcare partnerships is an asset
