Medical Science Liaison

We are seeking a Medical Science Liaison (Oncology) to lead clinical engagement with oncologists and cancer centres as part of the GenTraceDx national pilot and early deployment.

This role is central to:

  • introducing the platform to clinical partners
  • supporting onboarding and implementation
  • ensuring clinical understanding and adoption

You will act as the bridge between:

  • clinicians
  • scientific teams
  • product and engineering
Responsibilities
  • Engage oncologists and cancer centres to introduce and support adoption of the GenTraceDx platform
  • Lead clinical onboarding and education for participating sites in the national pilot
  • Serve as a scientific and clinical resource for physicians using the platform
  • Support interpretation discussions and communicate clinical relevance of findings
  • Gather feedback from clinicians to inform product, reporting, and workflow improvements
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between clinical needs and system development
  • Represent GenTraceDx in clinical meetings, site visits, and professional interactions
Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (MD, PhD, PharmD, or equivalent)
  • Experience in oncology, precision medicine, or clinical genomics
  • Strong understanding of cancer biology and treatment landscape
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clinicians effectively
  • Experience in a Medical Science Liaison or similar clinical-facing role is preferred
  • Ability to operate independently and build relationships across clinical networks
