Biography:

Dr. Supipi Duffy is the Director of Strategic Programs at Gentrack Biolabs, where she leads initiatives in the design and commercialization of genomic health products.

Dr. Duffy earned her PhD in Molecular Genetics from the University of Toronto, conducting research on genome‑wide functional genomics screens. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Michael Smith Laboratories at the University of British Columbia, focusing on genetic determinants of genome stability and their implications for cancer biology. Her scientific contributions have been recognized with awards including a Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship and the CIFAR Global Scholar Award.

In addition to her role at Gentrack Biolabs, Dr. Duffy serves as a faculty member in the School of Health Sciences at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), where she teaches and contributes expertise in microbiology, immunology, and genetics.
