Shogo Ide is a senior software and systems architect with over two decades of experience designing and building large-scale diagnostic, laboratory, and data infrastructure platforms. As Lead Platform Architect for GenTraceDx, he is responsible for developing the core systems that power the company’s “Living Diagnostic” platform, enabling real-time data integration, automated analysis, and scalable clinical deployment.
Architect of Scalable Diagnostic Infrastructure
Shogo has served as the lead architect behind a full-stack ecosystem of diagnostic and laboratory systems supporting millions of patients globally. He has designed and built mission-critical platforms including physician and patient portals, laboratory information management systems (LIMS), automated reporting pipelines, and secure data infrastructure.
His work includes the development of large-scale diagnostic platforms which support high-volume, compliant clinical workflows and power diagnostic programs across North America.

Shogo has extensive expertise in developing intelligent laboratory systems that integrate AI, automation, and real-world clinical operations. He has led the development of:
